Best pediatrician ever for my boys
Nicole Cormier
My boys have had Dr. Pearlman as their pediatrician for years. He is welcoming, funny, and takes his time explaining. His staff is out of this world. We moved out of state and miss them all so much. It's hard to find a new Doctor because they set the bar so high.

Dr. Pearlman will check on milestone developments. He will check height, weight, color and other vital information to assure that your baby is developing healthfully. Dr. Pearlman will answer all your nutrition, development, and growth questions. He will also offer advice and support for breastfeeding moms and help deal with sleep issues.
A prenatal visit is scheduled a few months before a child is born. This visit allows prospective parents to connect with Dr. Pearlman, ask questions, address concerns, and obtain essential information on how to care for a newborn.
Any information with Dr. Pearlman is 100% confidential so long as the information does not put the child in danger.
Much like an annual exam, a sports physical involves Dr. Pearlman assessing a child's fitness to play. Dr. Pearlman will also check vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. He may also order blood or urine tests. It's a good idea to make a sports physical appointment about a month in advance of play to make sure you’re child is ready to join. Don't forget to bring your medical clearance form or we can provide one for you.
At the annual medical check-up, pediatricians typically check vitals, including blood pressure and pulse. The staff makes a note of their height and weight to ensure they’re in a healthy range and not at risk of obesity or high cholesterol. The doctor may order blood tests to check for anemia or other chronic health problems. Additionally, the child may need an immunization or booster shot depending on their age. At the annual exam, it's a good time to address any health concerns with Dr. Pearlman such as chronic pain, psychological issues, problems at school, socialization issues, etc.
Visit at least once a year for your annual check up. If you have a chronic condition, then you might need to visit us at Los Gatos Pediatrics more often. If you play sports or participate in extra curricular activities, then you will want to visit us to get your physical & medical clearance to participate if needed.
I've been a board-certified pediatrician since 1997.
