Everyone at Darling Fischer was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with during a difficult time. They were very professional and caring. Everything went very smoothly for us. We worked with many of their staff members throughout the process and felt very comfortable with everyone that we met. Our arrangements were at Chapel of the Hills in Los Gatos.

I wouldn’t recommend using them. The prices are very high and they will attempt to upsell you. They do not provide any helpful documentation for what decisions they will ask you to make. They just rattle them off in a meeting and expect you to remember everything. If you want things done, you will need to control everything and follow up with them, they are not proactive. If you do use them, make sure you continue to ask for itemized invoices based on your decisions.

Everyone at Darling & Fischer Chapel Funeral home are very professional and extremely compassionate in their interaction and service to their clients. The entire staff along with Robin, the coordinator, showed extreme sensitivity and efficiency to meet our needs and to ensure the best funeral service for our loved one. No detail was missed, all was handled smoothly and we were able to lay our beloved brother to his final rest at the Los Gatos Memorial Park cemetery. At the time of extreme stress and grief, we are most grateful to Darling & Fischer staff for providing much needed relief and peace in handling everything for us.... Our heartfelt thanks to everyone!
