Everyone from Bay Area Rodent Solutions, from initial phone call to job completed were professional in communications and skills. The owner even came out to provide estimate on New Year's Eve, rather than keep us waiting any longer with the destructive rodents. The crew called on the way to punctual arrival, as courtesy. They had all tools and materials ready to complete the work. Three men worked non stop on the mess the demon rats had made. The house smelled better immediately after the removal of the filthy debris. After clean up they made repairs and sealed against future invasions. They faced a pack of wolf spiders living under the house with equanimity. We added a moisture barrier for the home's protection and so anyone else asked to go under the house doesn't have to crawl through mud like they were willing to do. I recommend this team.

My mom’s house had a pretty bad rat problem and Bay Area Rodent Solutions found both areas where they were getting in. The crew came out and did the repairs and we haven’t had any more issues. Everyone was really nice and friendly... especially Amber from their office. They did a great job all around.

We do not remove live rodents. We do charge $150 for all dead rodent removal visits.
We will seal all openings on the exterior of the home to prevent the rodents from entering inside. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the dead rodents from inside the walls. The smell will subside within 1 week. We also offer a cleanup and sanitation service to the infested areas of the crawl space and or attic. This will help with any smells lingering inside the house.
We can usually get the job started within 5 days from your request or sooner. Majority of the jobs take only one day! Depending on the severity and size of the infested area of the job.
