Very happy with my experience at the office in Manteca. I was able to make a same-day appointment and enter my personal (and insurance) information on their website, and found that to be an easier and more efficient process than having to give it to someone at the front desk. I also lucked out since there was no one in the waiting room, which was tidy and clean. I was taken to an examination room by a very friendly Medical Assistant, and was only in there for a few minutes before I was seen by Michael Traylor, PA-C, who was very knowledgeable and caring. He talked to me while someone else took notes for him. Again, it seemed like a very efficient way to do things! I was only there for 30 minutes total, and felt like I was in good hands the whole time with all the nice people there. I highly recommend MUC for your urgent care needs.

Worst service, very slow, nobody wants to help anyone. Typical of a medicare office. If only negative stars were a thing…

They got me in and out as fast as possible. I could not get in with my own doctor because they were too busy but MUC of Manteca got me in. Their staff was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I had mine thete yesterday morning and havemt heard my results and yes no phones being amswered thete! WTH???
On their website it says phone are temporarily disabled. It also said for covid testing to make an appointment.
I would email them. I've done it in the past (on a Sunday evening)and they answered the next morning.
Yes, I'm not sure if they accept all insurances, but they do accept Blue Shield
They will only do it if you make an appointment online.
Check your email account or you could call them
Unless they've changed in the last couple of weeks, you do have to have an appointment to get the test in the car. Supposedly the appointments can be made on their website.
Got up early went for a "walk in" test. Got there and was told that I needed an appointment. So made one online. Came back for the appointment and they don't accept my insurance. Not very happy. I realize it was a holiday weekend but everything they said online was not true.
It takes a day to get results and cost it all depends 200 or 300 bucks and if you have insurance it will cover it even medical!
I would call and speak to the receptionist. They answered my questions over the phone and were very helpful.
