Very subpar service and workers lack basic communication when orders arrive in the store apparently. Workers never gave me a business card so there was no way to get in contact over the phone. No one ever notified (no email or text) me my items had arrived. Don’t come to this LV, go to Union square’s instead- way better service there!

5/19/21: Mikey Trono is the new store manager. He's very sweet and kind. The store had some nice offerings. The sales guy did his best. 7/15/21: I met my 🆕 sales associate that Mikey, the manager, hooked me up with. He's nice & responsive. Katelyn was also very patient and nice. 3/8/22: Jocelyn Li is working here now, having moved over from Tiffany & Co. She's great! I bought myself a just released on 3/2/22 new color change pocket holder.
