I don't usually write reviews but I just had to let my fellow Jeep community know to never go to this dealership. On Thursday, August 25th in the beginning of my 8 hour road trip in my new Jeep under warranty that broke down from overheating, I went to the closest dealership which was the Gilroy dealership. They were all really nice, but they said they couldn't help me because appointments were 3 weeks out. I understand other people are ahead of me, but these customers were safe at home and this was an emergency that should have took precedence. I was stranded and felt unsafe, but no one seemed to care. This dealership told me to call the dealership I bought it from which was Newark. Come to find out, any dealership should help me since I'm under warranty. They could have done a better job by simply helping a woman in need that was stranded with her dog with a new Jeep under warranty. Don't go to this dealership if you want decent customer service.

As soon as you enter the parking lot, drive straight and you'll see the building. The service department is right behind it.

You have to make an appointment with either My Chrysler in Salinas or at Normandin Chrysler in San Jose which has no phone number in service. My suggestion is to call up My Chrysler. Appointments are about a week or two out but they are fast and helpful.
Actually, this dealership moved across the street from its former location and just hasn't reopened yet. Not sure if they changed ownership though. There were some people inside the office on Sunday, but it hasn't been furnished yet.
I ran into the same situation with Hyundai of Monterey. It was closed down for a while, new owner was coming in. I went to the new owner and they gave me the fowarding info and I was able to get my money back from the previous owner. Best of luck.
Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in Gilroy is Permanently closed. All merchandise has been distributed to other vendors.

Most dealerships are closed due to the virus. I live in Salinas and took my moms car to the dodge dealership here. The dealership and service department is open. We also called Gilroy and no one answered. Not sure about Capital Dodge in San Jose.

Hi Audrey, Yes! Our service department can install the running boards you have. You would just have to pay for labor cost to install. You will need to call our service department to schedule with them directly.
Not sure but if you're buying a car I think your ok for today for service I haven't a clue
