It's never been fun taking any of my vehicles to the shop. You get those people who try to take advantage of you because your a female or charge you for a service that they didn't even actually do. My experience with Gilroy Chevy Service Dept was the total opposite! The staff is friendly and helpful. They're very thorough when explaining and most importantly, I felt comfortable there. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. They exceeded my expectations. I also liked how I was able to get an appt scheduled within the same week I called.

Kurtis was beyond helpful and Todd was as well. They kept me informed every step of the way. My Tahoe was having a transmission issue where it was working sometimes and not working others. It took them all day to finally get it to act up, but thy did not give up on figuring it out. They got my warranty information together and got my car back to me within a few days. They were fantastic!
