Overall the hotel experience here was pleasant. Pool/hot tub was operational, staff was friendly, and breakfast was decent.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a Hotel. The room was fine the staff was awful. She was rude and talked to me and my husband like we was children. We was socializing in the comman area with friends at 930 on a Saturday night and was asked to leave because it was for breakfast. There was no signs placed saying we could not sit here. She goes on and says we was talking at a 8 and needed to be at a 4. This young lady doesn't have any respect for anyone. The hotel should really have classes in customer service. I have been in customer service for 15 years and have never felt like I did that day. Very rude!!

Because of this hotel Best western will never ever get another dollar from me. And reporting or talking to corporate is not worth the breathe. I am so furious and disappointed.

This is my first hotel stay, and it was great. I didn't even mind having to go outside to smoke. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. Big and i mean huge shout out to Ginger. Best vacation ever.
