This Little Cesar's rarely has any, "Hot & Ready" pizzas when I stop by for dinner or lunch. I usually ask them what they have ready and, if they have any pizzas ready, I'll just take what they have. Most of the employees who I've met aren't very friendly. They aren't mean or rude, just not friendly. The pizza is edible, but I would consider Little Cesar's to be at the lower end of the quality and taste scale. I hope they make improvements because I like to support local businesses and God knows that Fostoria needs all of the help that they can get.

Vary rude called to put a order in after I got off work so it was ready when I got there 10:15 the lady said no not taking orders we close in 15mins I said oh ok online said 11 the lady vary rudely said um no we close in 15 mins. That’s fine if you close early because you don’t have enough customers but to be vary rude about it is not ok. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Today I sat at the drive thru waiting to place my order for 25 MIN and STILL hadnt had my order taken in that time. About 10m into this wait someone had come over the intercom to assure me theyd be with me shortly and then they couldnt figure out how to turn the sound off after. I waited another 15min and still hadnt had my order taken by an employee. I decided Id had enough and drove past and straight to the drive thru window to place my order where the same employee lied and told me they were "sorry and super busy and didnt know there were cars wrapped around the building to place orders". thee were at least 4 more cars behind me and another 3-5 had left because of the egregious service. Fostoria branch needs to get their act together - this is easily some of the worst service Ive ever seen.

Phone number doesn't work or nobody knows how to answer it apparently and nobody else was inside or in the drive thru but they said they were super busy and waited 35 minutes for 2 deep dish pizzas. Poor service and unorganized. Will go to any other store of theirs, just not this one ever again.
