This place is awesome! Love love! Atmosphere high ceilings, the decor it’s beautiful and awesome! But definitely what stands out, is the food and service. Super friendly and attentive stuff. I was am staying close by and for the 4th of July and it was one of the few places open, so we all decided to give it a shot for dinner and man! Was I impressed! ❤️👍🏽 thumbs way up for sure. This places will definitely be recommended and can’t wait to go back. Brick & Bourbon will be a very important place in my life now, since it was the last place one of my best pals us had dinner with us before him passing. It’s sad I know, but it will also bring back great and awesome memories of him every time I visit this place, because I know my friend had one his best dinners and evenings of his life. So thank you to the staff for the amazing time service, it was and it will a memorable evening for us all. ❤️❤️ Thank you so much and we will see you soon.

This is one of my favorite places to eat! We shared a Tater Tot Hotdish appetizer...so good. I had the Anytime Monte...amazing. (see photo). And to finish, our family split a couple of desserts- chocolate cake and the bread pudding (see photo)...seriously killer and huge portions! Service was spot on...one of the best experiences eating at a restaurant in a long time. Thank you for a great evening with awesome food!

The food was really good. Service was Okay; nothing warm or welcoming in the exchanges from hostess or server. The lady who brought our food was super kind and personable. I'd go again.

Decent chain restaurant in the suburbs. Food has a unique twist for when you feel like trying something "different." It was packed on a Saturday afternoon with a 15 minute wait time for a party of two. Not much distancing between tables or people, didn't get the feeling of "safety" while visiting. I tried the poutine and enjoyed it but probably wouldn't order again. Parking lot was very icy and hard to walk on but plenty of spots to park and spread out.

You do not but you can add yourself to our waitlist by going through Yelp and finding Brick and Bourbon. Top right is the que to add yourself to our waitlist.
Opening should be in July or August.
What others have said is accurate; severs & staff do wear masks and the ask is that patrons wear them when they're not eating, drinking, or seated at their table. However, when I was there a few weeks ago on a Friday night to pick up an order the restaurant was packed to visible capacity. There was no social distance between tables or patrons seated at the bar. Probably 95% of the people I saw were maskless because they're "eating" or "drinking". Take that for what it's worth and decide your own comfort level. They do offer carry out as well if you're not comfortable to dine in.
