It's fast food. They were out of ingredients for one of their signature sandwiches. At least they did get what I ordered right. That's pretty darn rare for a Maple Grove fast food location.

This Wendy's is always on point. Hot crispy chicken ALWAYS. Hot food and great service. Very friendly staff that even honor coupons when the app isn't working. The only Wendy's in the area I'll go to.

We waited in the drive-thru and when we pulled up to the window, they told us they were closed at 8:32pm. Literally the car in front of us got served, and we were turned away. This has been the 4th Wendy's we have been denied service due to inaccurate online hours. Even as early as 7pm on a Sat. Very disappointed.

Wendy's burgers used to be my go to sandwich but their stores have are now run down you can barely get through the parking lot without losing a tire in their potholes and their pot holes and their service is slow. No I don't mind the slow service so much as the bad etiquette coming from the employees. We that love Wendy's burgers are OK with you taking a little time to make him right But you have to address the courtesy to the customer
