Alot of stuff is priced high for being used. Just like many used thrift stores they are price gouging. I would rather buy new. If these stores are going to continue to over price there stuff than the hell with supporting them for free.

However, we do refuse some items based on age, condition, quantity, etc. For that reason we always encourage you to contact one of our team members to discuss the specifics of your donation. If you have larger items we do offer free pick up service within Ontario County. Please give us a call 585-396-3040, option 1.

If you are planning a trip to our ReStore we ask all shoppers to do the following: 1) Wear a mask, 2) Sanitize your hands as you enter the store (hand sanitizer provided), 3) Keep 6ft of distance between yourself and others whenever possible while shopping, and 4) Delay your visit if you have experienced any symptoms, been exposed to, or tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days. In addition to our guidance for shoppers, all staff and volunteers working at our ReStore are screened daily for any symptoms or potential exposures. The store is regularly cleaned with high touch surfaces disinfected at least daily if not more frequently. Curbside donation drop off is available. Hi Douglas, We are accepting Christmas/holiday ornaments now. We generally accept them all year long but only put them out for sale closer to the holidays. Thanks for the question!
They do. I've seen both for sale here. Some days they'll have more options than other days. Occasionally Lowes will donate "old" models / working floor displays.
