We were seated at a table, and our waitress came over to get our drink order. I initially wanted a Mimosa but , Catherine our waitress said they didn't have a Sunday liquor license. My husband just mentioned that maybe the display that had a picture of the Mimosa shouldn't be on the table. I looked at the menu, nothing stated that they didn't have a Sunday liquor license. So we ordered coffee with French vanilla creamer, she said snobishly, we don't have any, just half and half. She rushed us to order, my husband wanted what he had a previous time so I was helping him try to remember. Catherine butted in talking over us" Just tell me what you want." She gathered our menus very abruptly and left the area. I was curious about reviews for this restaurant so I looked, negative reviews and having waitresses like Catherine isn't helping your cause. Please correct her behavior, you might receive a positive review if she knows how to talk to people. I'll probably be back, not soon but maybe. I hope I have a better experience next time.

Our waitress was very nice. The entire restaurant needs cleaned. The food was mediocre at best and I actually didn't eat my chicken because it was rubbery. Biscuits were cold. Lots of staff roaming around.

Food was good as usual. Service was lacking as usual as well. They really need to focus on customers and be more attentive instead of ignoring their customers. Bob Evans just isn't the same as it once was 10 years ago.

Me and my mom got one piece fried chicken breast dinner. The chicken was over cooked and dry. We asked for hash browns and received mashed potatoes. The server was good, kept our drinks filled.

Absolutely!!!!... and the service at this location is terrible... I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of customer service...
Have good service at other Bob Evan's but not this one for about 22 years
