DO NOT!!! As I arrived (wearing ALL my Marine Corps Veteran Swag...post Vietnam era) as a "walk-in", told it would be 1.5 hr. wait... Went to Dub Pub (GREAT Place...btw) for the "wait". Upon my return was told quite adamantly, "You were at DUB PUB, your intoxicated (assuming as such), we will NOT cut your hair"! Dumbfounded...thought this is 2022, men's Salons serve alcohol in them, WTW? Thought she is either "Anti-Veteran/Military" (Yes, WE remember when America didn't like US so much back then... never forget), OR she had "issues" with DUB PUB (a fellow Business in the same complex)? Shameful in any regards, IT'S NOT BRAIN SURGERY, it's hair, can't make a bad 1, it will continue to grow regardless... She was currently sporting Blonde hair.

Waited 45 minutes just to not get my hair cut on my lunch break. The time on the app said 15 more minutes.Then checked within 3 minutes and it had jumped back to 35 minutes. As for I was just outside (Past 20 Min.) the establishment in my car because of Covid. I went in and asked the presumably pink haired cave troll, stemming from the way she was acting, told me that “It was my fault I was not in the building when she called my name and that she has to keep rolling, I would have to wait.” What is the point of checking in online? Not a great image , Low quality human being behavior. Great job!

I wanted a little bit of hair cutted off and the lady there took three inches off kept telling her I wanted no more off the front side kept cutting. I probably will never come back to this place again after what i demanded and wouldn’t listened.We're sorry to read this. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.
