This Panera is flat out struggling. Staff turnover is super high and because of that, food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, friendliness, and overall store hours change daily. It's rather unfortunate, but they shouldn't be accepting mobile orders, just for customers to arrive to a closed store.

So easy to order using the new self check out kiosks. This particular Panera is super clean, feels very homey, and has great service. Location is nice too since it’s walking distance from my condo next door. Great place to grab coffee with my amazing Ruoff Mortgage friend, Justin Neal

I ordered a full Greek salad and it had just a few veggies on it and the rest was lettuce. I understand that they are short staffed but proper training is a must. I spent $13 for this and that is NOT ok. What I got vs. What I ordered! I will be calling the restaurant as soon as I get a chance.
