Update : I was a new patient . The MA was nice and the front desk was nice . I thought Dr zang was good however she doesn’t listen to her patients . I informed this doctor that I only wanted labs that is covered for my annual physical . She told me that this lab is covered so I agreed to do it . However she was wrong . Now I’m the one stuck with a 200 dollar bill and when I called the office . They said basically it’s not their problem as I requested for the labs . How can I request for a lab that I never heard about before ? They are liars !!! I will never go back . I would have respected Dr zang more if she said I’m not for sure about labs instead of being that confident . I don’t want a doctor who is that confident and is wrong . Thanks but no thanks . If you want a doctor , find a doctor who is only confident when she actually knows something

I love the doctors at this clinic! I used to see someone that I loved, and she moved. So, the practice recommended a new doctor — Dr. Bosilijevac — and she’s great too! Logistics of this clinic: Pretty easy to find and no problem getting a parking spot. It is, however, nearly impossible to pay my bill from this clinic. I usually end up just calling to pay it even though I use online bill pay for pretty much every bill I pay. Sometimes I don’t even know I have a bill from them since I never look at my paper mail. They did recently start sending text messages to alert you that a bill is due. But you still have to call to pay the bill since their online bill system requires you to know your patient account number and I don’t have that info since I don’t look at my paper mail. HAVE I MENTIONED I NEVER READ MY MAIL?! 😅

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called and was greeted by the friendly receptionist at the office when I came in. Very shortly, I was called in for my appointment with kaitlyn. She listened carefully and referred me to the imaging center. After the results were in, the office was quick to inform me of the results. I definitely appreciate the attention to detail that everyone in this office offered
