I like this Popeyes, but to be honest some things that have ordered were not put into my takeout bag in which I had paid for. Not once but a few times. My suggestion is when you get your order to either check it at the window or find a parking spot and check to make sure you got everything you had ordered. Also make sure you got all the pieces of chicken you have ordered I had found pieces of chicken that didn't even look like chicken or any part of a chicken. So be careful when in doubt about a piece take it back so you don't have to drive back. Other than that it is clean and the workers seem happy. I am giving this Popeyes 3 stars would be 5 stars but until they do better at making sure orders are correct and the mystery chicken parts is no longer a mystery 3 stars is all I am giving

Maudi the late night manager on 9/5 is the absolute worst! Soo disrespectful and not apologetic at all for her staff (who was in the wrong for letting me in the line after asking her for her approval which she did and then making me wait 45 mins to not take my order). Customer service and accountability was like 10x! Poorly run and simply rude/cowardly.

Best chicken, new sandwiches possibly better than Chick-fil-A. But the rodents, insects and lack of crowd control make it a death trap. Many shutdowns by the health department I can deal with. But people attacking you for standing in the wrong "line" is not acceptable. It is like the Walmart habit of promoting mass stampedes and violence at their big sales. As people wait in line and get impatient, they get very upset if they think somebody is getting in front of them. So whether you are going to the restroom or just not aware of the right line - you will be attacked, possibly violently. Yes! Ghetto people will shoot you in the back, and shoot your baby too - if they think you're stealing their chicken. As great as the sandwich is, Popeyes is not ready for this level of business, and I think should be shut down. Why? Because safety is more important than profits, and this Inglewood store is a mass shooting waiting to happen. DO not take my word for it. Before getting in line at this store, checkout their health department record with the county, and also notice how there are no line guides in the store, no security, no management awareness, and extremely poor training. 15 minutes to take one order is what Is saw today, and why I decided to post this review. Spread the word - the Inglewood Popeyes needs to be shut down, cleaned up and subjected to serious management and better practices. Customers should also note - customers are Black, White & Hispanic. But there are only Hispanic employees. Hello. Update: This store is still filthy. No real security, strange hours and slow service. I hope Popeyes shuts them down. I hope they shut down all their filthy stores - but they don't believe in themselves. Chick-fil-a is clean, fast and consistent. This Popeyes is a garbage hole of filth and a lack of sanitary practices. Check out their store and bathroom if you don't believe me. But be sure to check it out before ordering.
