If it wasn't for the staff our 3 week long stay would've been much less bearable. The hotel always reeked of pot smoke especially the elevator. We had to move rooms cause the floors made our toddlers sound like elephants eveytime they tried to do more than slowly walk which lead to complaints. Thank God the one take away was the staff here including the manager being godsent and helping us out by moving us rooms and being understanding. If you want good internet that'll be extra. If you want laundry that's extra. If you want your room cleaned more than once every 2 weeks thats extra. If you want fresh towels....you guessed it...extra. they'll get their money out of you one way or another. Verizon had no service here for some reason either which just fueled the fire

Very childish. I booked for late night bc I work so when I got off I was heading straight there .. i got off at 12:30 didn’t make it there til 2:30 and when I got there nobody answered the overnight phone so i could check in I stood there for about 10-15 minutes and nobody answered . I had already paid online and everything and it all was just a waste for me not being able to stay . Made me upset honestly

This place was great! Definitely my to go to spot when I come into town once a month! The front counter guy Eric was super friendly and helpful during my check in process and I loved the fact I had my privacy yet welcomed. Nobody bothered me whatsoever yet Eric advised if I needed anything to come to office and if nobody was there to use the phone behind me to contact the on call person. Every time I walked by going in and out there was always someone in office or in the small room behind it. Any employee would always wave or at least nod at me and acknowledged me as a guest. Eric was hey hey lol. I’m a smoker so I really enjoyed this place offering smoking rooms. It was just a standard room. Looked kinda like a college dorm to me. The water heat/pressure was absolutely amazing, bed was comfy, ac worked great. If I had to complain about any it would be I wish the windows had curtains. The sun would always wake me up but for 2 nights I could manage. It’s nothing fancy but it’s not a dump either. Decent place to stay.

Great pricing if you need to stay somewhere long term. The manager is great at helping with any needs you might have.
