I have had two really disappointing services at this Office Depot off of Ward Road in Arvada. The last one being that I gave them over a week to print photos for my daughter's graduation poster. The night before I was supposed to pick them up, they called me and said that they were having printing issues and were too backed up to have them ready in time, but I could get them in 5 days or get a refund. I needed them within 2 days so they were going to refund me. They did NOT offer me a solution. Instead, I had to call them first thing in the morning the next day to see if they would be wiling to put all my photos on a thumb drive and if there was another store who would be able to print them? They put me through the ringer but the Westminster store said NO PROBLEM and I could get them the SAME DAY! I couldn't believe it. So I went to Westminster to pick them up before they closed... sure enough, they printed 200 photos QUICKLY for me, asked if they could save me a trip if I needed anything else - stamps etc., AND... they charged me $80 LESS than the Arvada store! They said, there's no way that should have been almost $200 and charged me $100. Everyone I talked to (3 people) were so welcoming, professional, friendly... the Westminster store is def worth the drive! When I opened all my photos, they even hand wrote a personal note, they def went the extra mile.

Evan, the print shop supervisor, goes above and beyond in every regard when it comes to customer service. Service has become one of those things taken totally for granted. I didn't even get this stellar of service at the Four Seasons downtown! (With exception to their valet and concierge services.) Even delivers a thoughtful and sincere experience. He is the reason I go back when I could just as easily get my office supplies cheaper online.
