Unfortunately KFC is one of those restaurants that doesn't care just like Wendy's. If you and everybody else that has a problem, avoid that place and go somewhere else that will get KFC's attention. I go to Chick-fil-A yes they're more expensive but the quality is definitely worth it. I think that's one of the major problems why KFC doesn't do anything because when somebody has a problem they keep going back.
