I purchased "Nashville Hot" chicken tenders, but they were mild. Yall not allowed to put Tennessee to shame like that. I'm white and even I couldn't taste no flavor, and it made me kinda sick to my stomach. Sure, maybe I feel sick because I just ate a pound of bleached chicken, but damn, put something in the sauce. I didn't order the orange chicken.

I rarely if ever write reviews: I have to say that the service I received from this store’s new manager, Denise, was utterly exceptional. There was a staffing issue that resulted in a problem in receiving my pick-up order. I didn’t even make a fuss, Denise didn’t just make this right - she made it excellent! I couldn’t be more appreciative of her kind demeanor and friendly attitude on top of the phenomenal service she provided. I look forward to coming in and seeing her again!

Called over and over again, only to have the person on the other end say, each time, "hello ? Hello? " And then hang up, all while I was saying hello. Clearly their phone is broken and they have no interest in customer service. I entered the store to try to let them know their phone was broken and all employees were uneducated and rude about it. What a mess. Also leaving up mask mandate signs out front when there is no mask mandate is psychotic.

This Kroger sucks big time. Packages are damaged, shelves are not stocked, produce is so so, and meat department is just sad.
