I am not sure I fully understand the question. I find each Kroger to have it's own attractive quality while being consistent with affordable prices. I am not sure what the standard for a grocery store is but I certainly appreciate and frequent Kroger in my and neighboring areas. *shrug*

The people are friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive
