Hands down the worst experience I have ever had, The staff told me it would be a 30 minute wait and that turned into a 2 hour wait and I explained to them that my dog could’ve had a stroke and the lady just shrugged and asked if i wanted to come back in the morning. Another lady at the front desk just kept smacking her gum and looking like she couldn’t be bothered bad bad bad

I think the staff is not very Unprofessional went in with my dog at 7:30 they said he will be the first dog By 3:30 they haven’t even started on my dog it’s sad that poor dog have to sit there all day long without eating since 4 o’clock the day before like I said they’re very unprofessional don’t take your dogs there if you love your dogs and cats I waited and call back at 7 o’clock pm they said that they haven’t even started on the dog the Doctor was going to dinner after dinner they would work on my dog that was at 7 PM finally went back inside and ask for my money back and my dog this place is ridiculous don’t take your animals there back

Everyone read the reviews!!! This place is a total rip off. I took my eight year old German Shepherd in as hip displacement. And to get vaccinated I ended up spending $500 for medication and one medication I submitted to one 800 pet meds for tramadol for pain because of my German Shepherd hip displacement five days have gone by in Mission Animal Hospital hasn’t bothered to approve the order. I will never take any of my pets here. This place is a total rip off. I’ve been waiting for my approval for the tramadol for five days and one 800 pet meds has submitted, three approval request to the veterinarian and have gone unanswered. Unacceptable in my eyes. This is animal cruelty. This location needs to be shut down. Do not take your pet here unless you don’t care.!!

Don't worry about your own experience, I assure you they are in good hands. The vet is excellent. Do not worry.
It is unacceptable for your cats to go unfeed. As far as the postponed procedure, the doctor might had an emergency with another animal. However, they should have called you, and informed ypu of the delay.
If "come out" means come to your home, there is signage on the front glass of Mission that says they make house calls. I would advise calling to see if that service is something they can do in your home.
Personally, I did not like the service that they give everything, they charge per unit, it is very expensive.
