Today was my third time having my hair done by Nicole. She is so very talented and professional, and my hair has never been in better shape. My color and cut is just beautiful and it's tailored to me and what I want, not "cookie cutter". I got the works today; root retouch, highlights, conditioning treatment along with cut and style. The conversation is always pleasant and professional. While I'm processing, she gets me coffee and a snack and I really feel like I'm getting the royal treatment. Oh, and her shampoos are the best! The hair salon area here is roomy and spa like, and is nice and quiet - no loud conversations or blow drying in your face from other stations.

I am so bummed out! I bought my girlfriend a $150.00 gift certificate for a swedish massage and a facial thinking she truly needed to be pampered for a bit to relax and enjoy, BUT THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THE NEXT ROOM WITH POWER TOOLS AND IT WAS SO NOISY SHE WAS SO UPTIGHT AND UPSET WHEN I CALLED HER. I feel so bad for her and more so I feel like a fool for setting her up for more stress! I'm a nice person that very rarely complain and never did a review in my life, but call ahead and make sure there's not going to be a hammer banging while you're supposed to be relaxing while getting your massage!

The couples massage at Kimberly's was truthfully one of the best treatments we have ever experienced. Jonathan and Bobbie were our massage therapists, who were knowledgeable and attentive. We highly recommend Kimberly's. Furthermore, Kimberly's honored our gift card (in its entirety) that we misplaced for 12 years. Our respect for Kimberly's and their establishment is boundless and will be returning!
