If I could give zero Stars I would. I called them a few times telling them that I'm having trouble with my wheels. Today I called him and I told him the entire chair is wobbling and my right rear wheel is wobbling real bad. They told me the first appointment they had is in 2 weeks from today. What do I do with the wheels fall off? She did not answer me. I am quite disillusioned with this company and will never ever get anything from them

I give 3 stars to the service and fixers of the wheelchairs, Jessica & Dave T. Michelle is very obnoxious and rude, won't return phone calls, she's had more employee's quit and got fired of your Best employee's. Not very honest and seems to always be in meetings, out of town, in the bathroom, on another line blah, blah, blah. 5 going on 6 years I've had this $22,000.00 nightmare of a wheelchair, thanks to Sue Murphy sold me who Really didn't care about the fit just get on vacation to Hawaii. I was in the hospital for 6 months, she told me she'd drop it off to my house, after I got out she said I couldn't return it because the return policy was expired. In 5 years I'd say at least $20,000.00 in repairs have gone on. Wait, wait, wait is all you get until the insurance company prior approves parts & service kicks in. It's VERY apparent Michele has favoritism with Dave while great employee's quit or get fired. I miss the old crew, I'm friends with most of the ex employee's and know A LOT about Michelle consumers, both sides agree about the constant new employees

The staff at Monroe Wheelchair are very helpful and fast. I brought my husband's chair in to have new parts put on it and they were super fast!!
