UPDATE: I am editing my review to increase a star because they are adding a gate to the parking garage. Hopefully this will help with the safety issues I mentioned below. Old Review: Not safe. I moved in 3 weeks ago and last night my car was broken into. My passenger seat window was smashed and items were stolen from my glove compartment. 60 other cars in the parking garage were also vandalized on the same night. After speaking with residents who have lived here longer, I found out that this is not the first time a situation like this has occurred. The leasing office and property company has taken no action to increase security for residents. Instead they have chosen to emphasize that they are in no way responsible for preventing crime. They have shifted blame to the residents by claiming we knew what we were getting into when choosing to move into an apartment complex with no gate. Aside from this experience, the noise in this complex is pretty bad. The walls are paper thin and sound travels through the air vents. Not just sound but smells too. For example, if your neighbor is cooking you will definitely be able to smell it in your apartment. I have lived in 5 different apartment complexes prior to moving here and none of them had safety or noise/smell issues as bad as this one.

I've lived here for almost two years. Generally I have been happy with the complex but were hit with a 58 car theft and vandalism event last night. 58 cars were hit out of the 250 or so total at the complex.
