Made a reservation here for a special birthday night. Complimentary valet was a plus here. 1. The restaurant is clean, very romantic vibe, and the views are great. 2. All the staff was very polite and seemed to actually love their job. 3. Oyster Rockefeller was a delicious appetizer so be sure to try it. 4. Dinner entrees were scrumptious and came out hot. 5. For the birthday they brought us this red velvet cake and I have to say I was impressed how good it was. I will be returning here in the future for dinner reservations

My husband and I were passing through Smyrna, GA., and our sweet hotel manager recommended Ray’s on the River. What a delight! We’ve had wonderful meals all over Europe and South America, and this restaurant experience was as good as any! From the lovely young woman who took our reservation, to our experienced and charming waiter Pedro to the lovely manager who checked on us, the dining was just fabulous. I’ve added a few pics of the seafood tower, salmon dish, and shrimp and grits. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and the wine list is outstanding!

Ray’s on the River was truly an exceptional experience. Murphy was our server and I don’t think we could have had anyone better. He was so accommodating from the moment we walked in the door; he went above and beyond to see to it that our party was satisfied with our entire experience. The food was delicious, especially the fried lobster. Riscico prepared our beverages and was great as well. The complimentary valet was a plus, and the view of the river was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, and ask for Murphy when you go!

Perfect for date! Amazing view, relaxing vibe and good food all at one place. There ample parking spots and the crowd is classy. Make sure to dress up for some nice clicks 📸 Outside seating is first come first serve even if you make reservation so we got table by the window and that was great too. You’ll have to wait for a while even after making reservations on weekends so it’s better to reach early and check in. Loved their peach cocktail and chocolate brownie sundae. Steak and salmon came out good as well.

No I didn't see any.
We had a large party so we had one. It never hurts to plan ahead, this place can get busy.
You may want to message them directly or call?
Hello. No
No kids menu but the restaurant might work with you. Give them a call
Scenery was great, and the food wasn't that great for me.
They're opened through out the week from Sunday to Saturday but have their different times. Just make a reservation ahead and you'll be good to go.
No

I got a plate that was $100 and it wasn't particularly that good. The normal price range is$30- $50.
Yes! There's live music in the bar area every Thursday evening 6:30-9:30PM.
Unfortunately not. But people are typically in and out at brunch. Worth it. Absolutely delicious.
No,,,,,if you can hold out til Sunday,,,,its worth the wait for their Sunday Brunch!!
No, the restaurant is build for a couple or group setting.
Never heard it was unsafe. Great environment.
I really don't know you would have to look on the website
I can say that in 1988 was already there.
Google the brunch menu. Personally, it's just okay. I've had better and worse. Beautiful interior though.
Renaissance Atlanta Waverly and the two hotels at the Galleria me tion by Leslie Nirton (above) are all good choices.
Do yourself a favor an make a reservation for brunch. Service impeccable!!
I'm not sure, you may want to give them a call.
No. Brunch is not served during the week
I believe brunch still ends at 3pm. The food does start to get switched out prior to that and more lunch type items are introduced to the buffet. Maybe around 1-2. Usually I've had at least 4 mimosas by that time so don't quote me on that switch out time.
Good assortment of food that tastes great! It will be crowded.
Reservations are not necessary but definitely recommended.
