Jeremiah is a wizard. I had a loss of data and strange behavior on my essential laptop. He not only diagnosed and fixed the issue, recovering the data and evaluating the machine performance, but also I just had a blast interacting with (and learning from) him. My problem was Windows 11 (beware if you upgrade) and my ineptitude, so there was no charge. I will be back! Great business.

I am so impressed with this place. Yesterday I walked in to have my mother’s iPad screen repaired. Matt (the owner) was so kind and helpful. Especially since the screen was fine. Mom had a screen protector on the iPad and that’s what was showing a crack. Of course that could’ve been embarrassing but we had a good laugh and Matt did not charge for the visit. (He could have since time is money.). If ever I have a real issue with any of my devices I will definitely return to this business. I’m a huge fan of personable and friendly service. Sadly not always easy to find these days. If you’re a fan of the same, check this place out.
