My computer was frozen, I could not restart it or shut it down. I called and was able to drop my computer off the same day; however, I had important documents on my computer that I wanted saved. I told the repair techs, and when I came to pick up my computer 5 days later all my information was deleted and my audio did not work. I would not recommend coming here.
