Lies and more lies. Middle of a heat wave, my a/c blower fan motor went out on me. The ONLY reason I purchased from Grainger was there promised delivery date, which was only 1 day quicker than 3 other suppliers. Well, in a heatwave in Georgia, one day makes a big difference. They contacted me to now say it will be a MINIMUM of 5 additional DAYS before I receive my part. They purposefully and willfully lie to you to induce a purchase they never intended on fulfilling on time. Hope no one dies during the 5 days, Grainger doesn't care though, they want your family to die.

Thought we were going to get there super late. Got there just in time. The gentleman was super friendly super helpful. Gave a lot of advice on a cleaning that we had to do with grout. Was very informative. The store is very clean and organized. Were able to find everything that we went in there for.

Location doesn’t have a local # to call to check on order status you have to call an 800 # stay on hold for 30 minutes for them to give the status on ordered supplies
