Was trying to do a KBB instant cash offer with this location, and was harassed to come in for an appointment, then when I did come in, got very poor service. Their communication was terrible, and the person I dealt with was extremely unprofessional. I went in for my appraisal, the kid that was doing it looked over my car, and took pictures of it, then told me that “the system was down” but that he would text me an offer that night or first thing this morning. I told him the minimum I could accept.I texted him at 9:30 since I hadn’t heard from him yet with no response. Then emailed him at 11:00 after no text. At 11:30 I emailed the woman who set up the appointment telling her that I assumed they were no longer interested in offering anything on my vehicle, so I would be going to another dealer. Within minutes, I then got this text from the guy: Morning, if you decided we would do XXk 👍 An offer less than the KBB offer, and less than I owe on it. To which I responded that I couldn’t accept it. He said he would ask his manager if he could match what I wanted, came back and said no. There was no explanation for the lower offer, or the lack of communication. And the responses were completely unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with this or any other Alan Byer location again.
