Any time I go inside a branch I am reminded to do everything in my power not to go inside a branch. I don't think it is the employees as much as it is the corporate policy of how can we not be helpful and not provide good returns or options for long time customers.

The at this branch is excellent. Jackelin helped me with a wire transfer which I had no idea how to complete. I called the next day to check to see if it went through and she got in the phone and was super helpful. Next, the branch manager, Barbara, stayed open 1/2 hour past closing accommodate my busy work schedule and complete a tricky transaction for me. This branch is tops, thank you!!

I was having terrible luck finding a Wells Fargo that could get me in for a time sensitive transaction on Tuesday. Sage did an awesome job helping me out with the transaction and getting me into the bank quickly. I was very unhappy with Wells Fargo until that point but because of the quick actions from a smart employee the deal wasn't ruined.

My experience at this location was terrible! Jose is who I was working with, he did not explain anything about my new account, I have not received the checks he "ordered," and my new card was shipped to my parents' address out of state, even though I specified I wanted it sent to my address. Not to mention the card that was supposed to be expedited on a Saturday & received by Wednesday was not even ordered until Thursday, the day after I should have received it. He also said he'd cancel an online payment for me that was sent via bill pay, he did not. The bank stated they cannot cancel online payments & that is why it was not done; if that is the case he should not have said he'd cancel it for me. He said a lot of things that did not happen.
