Rude, Karen-like people working the phones. I wasn't able to ask the questions I needed to ask, and extremely dismissive with the call in general. I got hung up on before I was finished. Awful. Simply awful.

No. You can come as a walk in but sometimes the wait is quick, sometimes it's a few hours.

You'll first need to obtain a court order legal name change document from the courthouse. Once you have that you can go there and get it changed

You have to bring two bills, one of them may be a rent contract
They have to have a photo ID. A school ID with their photo will work. If they aren't in school, a birth certificate and an immunization record will work. They may need their birth certificate along with their photo ID.
