An excellent experience getting new shoes for my terrible feet. They have a 3D scan that shows your arches and a detection system that tells whether you pronate or supinate. (I have high arches and supinate, thus...bad feet.) The employee that helped me knew his shoe models, showed me the one I came in for as well as an alternative, and the shoes actually rang up five bucks cheaper than marked (and than they were online). I'm a longtime New Balance fan and we're lucky to have this dedicated store in RVA.

The store associates are very attentive and friendly. As I walked through the door I was greeted and assisted. While the shoe selection is not very wide, was still able to find the style I was looking for. Will definitely be shopping again!!

Jason was super helpful with finding a shoe that fits my feet and gait! They have a scanner to pinpoint your pressure points and a variety of shoes for each kind of foot. Awesome service!

There is a tale of two stories here: first- I love New Balance shoes and have been wearing them for the past 10+ years. The location I used to shop at (back in Michigan) was great with a wide selection with various price points depending …Thanks for stopping in Jeff! We currently have over 75 different models of men's shoes available for purchase in store, of which only 8 are over $150. This whole worldwide pandemic has caused our supply chains to be thrown off a bit but we still have a robust selection. Happy Thursday!
