Scheduled an appt earlier in the week for Saturday, got a confirmation call the day before my appt. Everything was good to go. An hour before my appt., the business called and said the stylist couldn’t get me in as she was overbooked. They suggested another day, however it was not the day that I initially scheduled my appt for so it wasn’t going to work.

I made my appointment online, based off time not stylist. I am SO HAPPY that led me to Casey. I am not one that gets haircuts on a regular basis. And its usually a different style anytime I do. I had a handful of pictures that I showed Casey. She asked me what I liked about each hair style and gave me probably the best hair cut I've ever had. She showed me how to style it, what tools to use, what products to use and gave me good recommendations on shampoo and conditioner. And she didn't judge me about my box dyed hair. I have never had a consistent stylist but I do now. I will always ask for Casey anytime I make future appointments! More than 5 stars for my visit!
