I talked to the manager multiple times and she had to call multiple stores nationwide just to get a pair of shoes for me. She found some and transferred them to her store. She then shipped them to me. She also went out of her way, since I didn’t live nearby, to help me find the best insoles for my shoes. So far they feel great and the insoles help a lot! She was the best!

I went in and got my feet sized up, they were very helpful and had good customer service. Walked out with some work shoes that actually fit instead of continueously playing the guessing game with online orders. It was quick, fast, easy, done.

Wow once again this place delivers. After the 3D measuring process was done we found out I have odd feet. One is bigger and wider the other. We spent about three hours finding a boot that will work for me. The service was incredible and the whole time the employee made sure I was happy with my choices. I walked out with a purchase I was happy with and the customer service was some of the best I have received in any retail establishment. Highly recommend this place for all your boot needs.
