I wish to apologize for coming into the store yesterday and bothering what I assumed were salespeople on the floor. When I asked a question of what I assumed was a salesperson and got no help telling me where an item was and walked away leaving me to find the item myself. This is the second time in about 2 months that I have received what I consider poor service. (Considering how it was when Rosemary and Nick ran the store) Since I am not a baseball player I am not giving this store three strikes. There are other stores in Spokane and through COVID I learned to order on line. GOOD BYE

Rude employees. I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past. I don't know if new management, but I will take my money elsewhere.
