I have been trying to get my title for my fully paid off truck from Kansas since early April, as of writing this it is late August. The staff are rude and incompetent. They screwed up the first time they tried to mail my title and it was returned undeliverable but apparently they didn't think I needed to know that until I called several weeks later wondering where it was. I've been trying to sell the vehicle and have lost three buyers because of Kansas not getting me the title. Honestly the department would operate better as an extra credit class for highschool freshman

After waiting 15 minutes to get through, I was greeted by a less than friendly customer service rep. My issue was pretty straightforward and easy. No polite language, courtesy, or customer service skills at all. I offered a polite "thanks for your help" instead of reciprocating or a simple polite closing she just hung up... I was nice without a complex issue, not sure why she was such a jerk! Thanks Kaylee.

Just bought a used car from ledgend ranch LLC . When they were filling out the paperwork for the title I asked if my friend could be on with me they " said because he had no licence on by state law he could not bout his name on this title.
