Staff seems to be bothered by clients unless you're a regular. Lady doing pedicure is impatient. Used to love them, but customer service has went WAY down.

i usually go here for my pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed. but this last time i went, the lady literally ripped off some of my skin from under my eye from the wax being to hot. do not recommend but good pedis..

Jon is freaking amazing! Took off the $60 dollar trash I had done at another salon and did a beautiful new set! Only place I will get my nails done ever again!

Most definitely yes, I'm sure it would matter on how severe the issues were. I have them myself, and I just let "Jesus take the wheel" if they start to happen.
