How can we ever expect to compare to public transportation in other big cities when busses don't even show up??? The least you could do is update the apps if a bus is out of service or running late so we're not out here wasting our time. A commute that is 30 min by car and should've taken 1.5 hours by bus, ended up taking 3 hours. I'm late for work and my boss is upset because I don't have reliable transportation. I'm a big advocate for public transportation, european cities have it down but this is a joke and unacceptable. I guess it's time for me to get over it and get a car and add to the rest of the pollution.

When using the transportation its ok. The call center is not reliable at all. You would be better off researching your own information then using the call center.

I am a driver on the road telling you these bus drivers don't pay attention when they are driving. One of them cut me off and simultaneously slowed down and stopped to let people off causing me to almost hit them. They need to pay attention when changing lanes!😡

Yes, call 221-0660, Monday thru Friday.
Almost none of the buses are consistent with their schedule. I use the transit app which tells you the buses that are running, and the approximate minutes that they will be late and early. It also tells you when the last bus is running for each bus. Its like a tracker that does its best to stay updated. The only thing wrong with the app is that sometimes it will say that you missed a bus you never saw come and then the bus shows up 3 minutes later. I use the app to plan my routes to my destination, I definitely recommend because it helps you get more accurate timing for the bus.
Going to the Google store and downloading the Transit app should help. Second option is simply checking Google map and clicking the bus icon.
