I was on parole with Chris Croan and Cheri Mumma for 3 years and 9 months. As a first time offender and someone wanting to redeem themself I played by the rules. I made my payments on time, did my call ins on time and over all had a good experience. I was never once denied for a trip to where ever or even a vacation for a days and nights at a time. I did the the right thing and always communicated with my parole officers. I built trust with them, never gave them a reason to doubt or not believe me. That would be my advice to anyone on probation/parole. I took into consideration the fact that they have a ton of cases/individuals to supervise and attend too. If they didn’t respond to me in 24-48 hours after contacting them, I would resend my email. Simple as that, and I always got a response. One thing I learned from my experience is patience, and kindness will get you farther than rebelling. I wish both P.O. Mumma and P.O. Croan the best.
