We loved having our wedding ceremony and reception at the Madrid Theatre! The Madrid is great because it includes so many necessities for your wedding day: tables, chairs, linens, bar package, security guard, bar glassware, candles/vase glassware, easels. It's also a beautiful venue in general, and there's enough space to hold both your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place. I'd also like to specifically acknowledge Missy, the venue coordinator. She's so well-versed in weddings and events at the Madrid, I had an immense amount of confidence that everything at the venue would go well during the wedding. She answered all of my questions leading up to the wedding in a very timely manner, and was very helpful during the rehearsal and the actual wedding. Would absolutely recommend hosting your wedding at the Madrid!

The Madrid is a theater that is decorated in an art deco / Spanish motif perhaps half way between the Plaza and Downtown. Parking in the lot is minimal and used by the musicians and staff. There is plenty of parking along the roads in the neighborhood. I have seen a couple of concerts in the Madrid and both were very enjoyable. The facility is in good condition. The staff is professional and courteous. The sound system is quite good. The bar is rather large. The seats are comfortable. I would be happy to go to another concert at the Madrid.

There is a lot to the on the northeast corner of the same intersection that is reserved for Madrid events. If that isn't enough, there is ample street parking, even on weekends.
While we are known for our excellent customer service, great concerts and beautiful weddings -- we do not repair music boxes. I would suggest taking your Teddy Bear to a professional Teddy Bear specialist.
All of the parking lots are private. The parking lots are only available to customers attending an event at Madrid Theatre.
Not sure. When I delivered flowers there it rented as a private event for a wedding. Check their website for that information. Also it is in KC MO so masks are required and distancing is highly recommended. If guidelines are not being followed a call to the firemarshall will enforce it or shut the event down.
Depending on the concert, they normally charge an underage fee about 5 to 10 dollars

Hello- Mammoth productions actually host all of the concert events at our venue and handles all ticket sales. There are Cabaret tables that are sold as two tops, but if they are not listed it means they are sold out. Otherwise the bar height tables are sold only as 4 tops, so that would be your only other seating option. Grab a couple friends and you will be set! Hope you enjoy the concert! Melissa R- sorry you feel that way. We are very comparable to other small venues in our city, if you read other reviews many other guests have loved their concert experience at our venue. We understand everyone has different opinions and expectations, so we respect yours, but personally disagree and feel our venue provides a great intimate experience in a beautiful, and clean venue.
Hello! Sorry, unfortunately we do not have box office for ticket purchase in advance. If tickets are still available the day of the show, Mammoth productions opens the ticket window approximately 30mins prior to doors opening. Otherwise, tickets are for sale online via Ticketmaster only.
