Today my husband and I went at 12:30 pm to dine in and no one was in the store. I shouted hello but no one appeared for a few minutes. After that, I was told that there was a cheese shortage and not allowed to have additional scoops of ricotta cheese. I was told that I could not talk to the manager and couldn’t have his number to voice a complaint. At first I was told that additional ricotta would make my crust soggy. Then I was told there was a cheese shortage and she would get in trouble. Hmmmm! Don’t we come to Pieology to get what we want? I am very disappointed and will choose an alternate store in the future!

Delicious crispy pizzas made quickly and order. Matt was our Pieologist today, and he did a fabulous job!

Honestly, I am almost always quite vocal whenever I visit because I have had workers add too little ingredients and/or not pay full attention to our pizzas in the oven. Each experience can significantly differ because some workers sadly 🤬 screw up your pizza. To show what I've mentioned, in photo 6, you will see the crust more burned than in other photos. Overall, our pizzas come out decent. I added an additional star because 1) the wings always come out exactly how I like them, 2) this location in Temecula is not ever crowded (pre and post pandemic) + 3) the staff is usually friendly.

Wait time wasn’t bad for a Tuesday and that’s there special day 2 pizzas for $12 buck but I’m vegan so and don’t eat gluten. The gluten free crust was $2.50 plus vegan cheese was 75 cents. Dinning area was small but they had a outside area aswell. The works are very helpful and patient and asked if I wanted a glove change I loved it..

They do have vegan options though I'm not sure how organic they are. Probably at least sort of precessed.
They have a cauliflower crust. I've never had it, but I've seen alot sold.
I don't think there's an option to do so, but check doordash or uber eats. They might partner with pieology
