Such a beautiful piece of Kansas City history. Was a perfect way to treat myself after after the Michael Buble concert. Definitely will come back. Absolutely!

Hotel was just okay, we visited on 9/9/22. Our bathroom was so small that literally one person was only comfortable in it at a time. Our king bed felt like it was sucking us down in the middle. The pillows were too full and not comfortable to sleep on. When we left the next day, our car was in valet and there were seven cars ahead of us that the ONE valet person had to get first. I didn’t want to wait so we went with the valet to get the car ourselves. Too many other hotels in this area to return to the Phillips. Sad to say we were quite disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I’m so glad I’m only staying one night! I will NOT be booking our hotel room block here for our wedding. Customer service here is awful and it’s the worst by far I’ve ever been treated by an hotel to use an amenity. I will be calling Corporate about this situation for it’s far too much to type. We should have stayed at HOTEL KANSAS CITY. I wouldn’t waste my time here again.

This hotel was ridiculously overpriced I paid $250 for a room without a bathtub. The room is extremely small the bathroom door barely closed and they only provided 2 guests with 2 towels I recommend not pain $250 to stay at hotel like this. The food was just ok. Nothing special. Wayyyyy overpriced and not worth it.
