Loved this tour! I actually did it with my family back in 2017 and I remember the feeling that came over me when I was walking around listening to the stories and looking over the old items. I came across this photo from the tour again today and realized I never reviewed it. I actually reached out to the tour guides after we finished ours because I wanted to know more about the mirror itself and it’s previous location and owner. I was smiling when this photo was taken but when I checked my photos afterwards it showed this shadowed figure and a light orb off to the side with my face distorted as well as something shaded over my hand that was holding my phone. Whether you’re into paranormal findings or history this tour is a must see.

Great place to go to learn more local Civil War history! We were the first ones there and enjoyed the whole house to ourselves on our self-guided tour. We probably should’ve chosen the guided tour (and highly recommend that since there is SO much information), but we still learned a lot about the Wornall family. We spent about 1hr 20min there total, but it honestly didn’t even feel that long at all! Highly recommend!

I have tried to call to inquire for some assistance in planning a trip with my grandchildren. Each time my phone call was answered and immediately hung up with no response. So rude!

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome! I really liked their discussion of slavery in the general narrative of the house.
