I usually do not write negative reviews even when deserved, but this time I have to. We went to have dinner at Green House Cafe on the island. First off, the place looks dingy and the decor is null. We sat and ordered our meals. Salads came …you emailed us and posted on our facebook as well this morning. didn’t even give us a chance to respond. but since you want to publicly talk about it, let’s. one, the flies are horrendous and are every summer. if you’re local, you know that. we would also like to add that if you or anyone has any recommendations on how to rid the flies, i’m all ears because our houses are also swarmed with them this year. as far as the chicken, no excuses there. as far as the “manager” having a personality of a pea… you’re talking about a kid who’s never been in this position before who was doing her very best to deal with a very rude customer. you weren’t “comped” your meal due to the lack of respect you had for anyone in the building. if you were a loyal customer, you also would notice we aren’t the Greenhouse Cafe and haven’t been for over a year. which means, different decor (so sorry it bores you) and different food.
