Howard and his staff saved my life. In 2006 a horrible car accident in Delaware ended up with me face to face with Howard less than two years later. All I can say is it helped me. Manny was a great therapist and it just made my life so much better. Thanks Howard. The Carter's remember you fondly.

Do you all have SAP counselors?? If so I tested positive for THC, and I need drug center to get evaluated so I can get my job, how much is it??
