I’m literally shaking after the way I was treated by the front office. I was upset because they didn’t have my correct insurance information as they didn’t confirm everything the day before. But after waiting over 2 hours in the waiting room they did not sympathize with the fact that I couldn’t see the doctor to have my eye surgery. They kept arguing with me and raising my tone until I got beyond upset. One of the ladies at the front desk escalated the situation with her rude demeanor and tone. The next one started throwing around curse words which is extremely unprofessional until I got so upset I acted out emotionally. Another client there saw the whole thing and agreed at the lack of their professionalism from the get go. I will never go back there and it’s a shame because I connected with the doctor. Disgusting!!!!!
