Today I have been in contact with the office of Dr. Ferreira and the attention of a lady from the Front Desk who, according to her, is called Maria González, was extremely rude. Apparently this lady believes that she still lives in Cuba because I told her to reschedule an appointment and she told me with a very bad attitude that I should go on Friday to see if I could get into a hole like that, she said verbatim words and I told her that she would rather give me another day than I had appointments available because the last time I had an appointment they kept me waiting 4 hours even though I had a scheduled appointment and she told me very rudely that that wasn't her problem that she couldn't remember why they kept me waiting 4 hours that I had any complaint did it with the doctor. The saddest thing is that I see many opinions that are the same as mine and yet this lady continues to work there. It seems that he was in Cuba where they treated us like animals with the difference being that here health care is very expensive and one is paying for it. Believe me, I never recommend it, and not because of the doctor, but because of the people he has working for him, who are 0 professionals.

Well I can only say that I know my doctor that more than a doctor I consider him more than a family from my first delivery that was 12 years ago until the fourth pregnancy that he is going to receive, he is also a genius with experience in receiving babies. to do very well step by step the entire procedure that a pregnancy entails to such an extent that both the child and the mother go through this process in the most comfortable and healthy way possible. Having him as my Savior has been a blessing. As well as being very cute. De Maria her right hand of so many years is the sweetest 🍬 and caring person who could have worked there. Thank you ☺️
