Do not recommend Concept House at all. Will drop you as a patient out of nowhere after promising they will always be there to help you. My younger brother has anxiety & was a patient for their addiction recovery program and was randomly dropped out of nowhere without any explanation. Martha is in charge of the dept and he was being seen by someone else in the facility (young male, do not want to include name) who was always very attentive and made sure to talk to us when we were going through a tough time even at late hours. However, one day he stopped answering and we reached out to Martha to ask why. She said the person that was taking care of my brother would no longer be able to help him (said all through text) and that she would be giving my mom a call later. Martha NEVER called and my mom called her multiple times afterwards and she would never answered her. I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional that they dropped my brother out of nowhere and did not even have the respect to let us know why or answer our calls after removing him from the program. Dealing with addiction recovery is already hard on itself and it was not helpful that we were completely abandoned.

She is definitely the worst Doctor I have ever visited in her life they answer the phone I wonder why they have a phone if they are never going to answer it the times I went to an appointment the phone was ringing and ringing and was never answered with that they give to show that it is a waste of time to call the office and the other horrible experience is the time they attend one always arrives 15 or 20 minutes before the appointment but why if they came to attend to one 3 hours later and the Doctor It was not the one that the patient saw, it was other staff, it would definitely do humanity a great favor to retire

Terrible experience, terrible treatment by the receptionist, there is no adjective to define it, so it would be offending those little animals. Reading the opinions about the site and the doctor, they should withdraw the permissions to keep them open. There has to be a place to report this "doctor" and her office. I'll investigate
